whenever i'm down or bothered, i always go online and find my friends... actually i'm looking for Cheap International Call Rates that i could use, if, for some reason, i can't locate them online, all i have to do is pick up the phone and dial their numbers, right?
any cheap call rates suggestions, anyone?
